DENTAL EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!

Looking for Practice Operations Managers for a 7-practice organization. We want the most talented office managers out there! Our search includes a friendly, super motivated individual who is great at multitasking, maintaining a full schedule, and supporting our talented doctors. Other responsibilities include:

- Front office duties

- Awesome customer service skills with patients

- Payroll

- Team member motivation and coaching

- Maintain budgets to achieve ultimate profitability

- Coordinating team members dependent on schedule to maintain efficiency

- Great attention to detail

- Strong communication skills

- Dentrix is a must

- At least 2 years’ experience in the dental field
