Radius Realty, a technology forward, diversified real estate company, is currently seeking a full-time General Maintenance Worker to provide building maintenance and make ready services for our residential properties in St Louis and surrounding counties.

QUALIFICATIONS

Willingness to learn and ask questions

We would like a minimum of three (3) years of experience performing general maintenance and repair requiring practical skill and knowledge in such trades as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work, but understand if you are just getting started – we want to help you grow!

High School Diploma/GED

Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record as well as a reliable vehicle.

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.

High work ethic and sense of urgency
