A cutting-edge wood products company that is melding the historic timber industry of the Flathead Valley has partnered with LC Staffing to fill various positions. This is an awesome opportunity to make some good money at $16-$17/hour, while also having three-day weekends pretty regularly. Most work weeks are Monday-Thursday with the occasional Friday which is all overtime.

Within this organization the focus is on bringing the historic "Old" Lumber Industry of Columbia Falls into the "New" Age through innovative and sustainable wood building supply options. Overview:

Currently this organization are is searching for one new staff member to be responsible for operating industrial equipment. Most of the production process is automated. So you will be in charge of operating the machinery, addressing any issues with the machinery and keep the process going.

Requirements:

Experience running and maintaining sawmill equipment (finger jointer, planer, breakdown hoist, etc.)

Ability to work standing for long periods of time

Able to lift 50LBS frequently a must

Ability to follow lock out tag out procedures a must

Details:

Pay is competitive for the area at $16-$17 per hour, the weekly schedule is 4, 10 hour shifts from Monday through Thursdays and occasionally a Friday which is all over time. There are physical requirements for these positions, as the work can sometimes be tedious and repetitive, but it is not difficult work.
