Qualities we are looking for

Someone who can train others if needed

Can be left on job sites alone keeping schedule on track.

On-time and that can work full 40 hour weeks consistently

Prefab/framing experience

A basic set of framing tools

Operating Equipment

Reliable transportation that doesn't prevent you from coming to work.

Available to work a weekend sometimes

Comfortable working on roofs

Able to lift 50lbs

Presentable with clients

Work in a fasted paced environment

Attention to detail and efficient with work
