Company Description: Winds of Change is a large, dynamic mental health facility with a focus on recovery and wellness. We are hiring Adult Group Home Staff to serve clients with Severe Disabling Mental Illness (SDMI).
Job Description: The Adult Group Home Staff will be responsible for the daily operations of the house and will have face to face contact with residents including developing social support systems, oversight of meal preparation, reporting incidents, attending mandatory training. All residents are independent in their activities of daily living.
Requirements: Must have high school diploma or GED. Applicants must be able to pass a drug screening, background check; cannot have history of abuse, neglect or exploitation.
Pay & Benefits: Pay is $13.00 - $14.00 an hour. Shifts are structured in 12 hour increments, 3 days a week. Benefits available include health, dental and vision coverage. For candidates pursuing a bachelor's in social work or related field, this position can be adapted to meet university practicum requirements.
