Property Maintenance Technician $15-23 DOE

We are hiring for a locally owned property management company, looking for experienced Maintenance Technicians. This position will provide maintenance services to multiple properties around Lincoln, Nebraska.

Duties of the job:

Minor landscaping projects

Trash clean up

Clean out and prepare vacant apartments for new move-ins

Lawn maintenance

General property maintenance

General housekeeping items

Clear snow and ice from walkways and parking lots as needed

Applicants must:

Have previous maintenance experience

Possess a valid driver’s license and pass a DMV record check

Be able to troubleshoot and repair appliances

Provide excellent customer service skills

Have experience with carpentry and painting

Be experienced with a variety of hand tools, yard tools, and maintenance equipment

Have experience with minor plumbing and electrical projects
