Bi Lingual Branch Associate/ Inside Sales in Omaha

We are seeking a high-energy, customer oriented team member with experience in construction trades or industrial supplies to join our Mesa team. Shift hours are Monday through Friday – day shift.
Areas of Responsibility Include:
Timely and accurate processing of orders for customers
Efficient response to customer inquiries via phone, email and on-site
Inside sales
Inventory tracking
Occasional shipping and receiving and various other Warehouse duties
Essential Qualifications include:
Minimum of one year of customer service experience in construction trades or tool industry with a proven track record of successfully servicing and problem solving for customer accounts
Strong analytical abilities, organizational skills and attention to detail
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to function effectively as part of a team as well as independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred!
Quick learner and able to retain knowledge
Intermediate computer experience and skills including proficiency with MS Office
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds of customer product on a regular basis and 100 pounds on an occasional basis
