Casual and Classy, El Cazo is an exciting restaurant in Denver! Offering traditionally inspired Mexican cuisine in a modern and hip location - right in Jefferson Park. Open for lunch and dinner daily, with a weekday happy hour from 3-6pm, and weekend brunch is served from 10-2pm.
El Cazo is now hiring LINE COOKS - FULL AND PART TIME.
Proven cooking experience, including experience as a Line Chef, Restaurant Cook or Prep Cook
Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
Familiar with the industry’s best practices
