· Stock all wells and bars before, during, and after all shifts.
· Open to fast paced working environment
· 21+
· Must be available to start training ASAP
· Must have current health & TIPS/TAM cards
· Ensure all local health department regulations are understood and followed.
· Check in all inventory and product when it arrives and immediately put cold products in coolers.
· Clean and wash all mats at the end of your shift and mop all floors behind the bar.
· Deep clean the entire property at least once per month.
· Provide accurate and timely inventories as required.
· Keeping all coolers & tubs clean organized and up to health code.
· You must be able to lift at least fifty pounds safely from a standing position.
· Cutting fruit for your shift and the shift after you.
· You must follow all Idaho liquor compliance laws and ordinances.
· Cleaning of your “well” or station as well as all back bar bottles. All bottles must be wiped down and capped, and locked up at the end of all shifts.
· Testing of your chemical balance in dishwashers, triple sinks and sanitizer buckets to ensure local code compliance.
· Empty trash cans before, during, and after shift
· Follow and maintain all COVID-19 guidelines and procedures
· Must be able to stand for 10+ hours per shift
