Real World Canine works on turning all dogs into happy, balanced and fulfilled dogs. Our facilities and structure allow green (dogs with no fear/aggression issues), yellow (dogs with fear/aggression issues) and red dogs (dogs with past biting experience) to experience a fun day camp, while also getting obedience and/or behavior rehabilitation.
With our structurally separated areas and controlled access, all dogs can enjoy playing, socializing, swimming, running/walking on treadmills, and training.

The position title and description:
Front Desk Customer Service Representative
This is a demanding position and is awesome for organized and outgoing person. This person must maintain a positive attitude, as well as, being able to work under pressure and multi-task. For the right person, this position may lead to being promoted to Administration Manager.
The primary tasks will consist of:
Greeting clients as they come in to drop off and pick up their dog and check the dogs in and out
Provide information for clients stopping by to see the facility or those that call
Being a reservation specialist- where you take the time to make appointments/reservations for new and existing clients
Accept payments for services and retail sales
Solving problems with clients and Real World Canine staff
Maintaining client and dog records/documentation
Contacting veterinarians to obtain vaccination records
Preparing documents for current and new clients
Assist with basic financial accounting and reporting
Front end tasks required to complete day-to-day operations
Cleaning front and reception area
Must be 18 years old or over
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required.
Supervisory and Customer Service management experience not required but preferred
Computer/technology/MS Office (Word & Excel) strong competency required
Experience with ProPet or appointment scheduling software a plus
Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
Standing, sitting, bending, crouching and stooping required
Number of hours worked each week: 40 hour week, Full Time position
Working hours: 5 days a week, must be flexible as shift start/end time may vary, must be able to work Days, Evenings and weekends.
