Great Gold (A New Restaurant in Truckee) is hiring Kitchen Staff

Great Gold is an NEW adventurous, approachable, seasonally-inspired neighborhood restaurant located in Truckee.

We are a casual fine dining Mountain Italian inspired restaurant featuring handmade pasta, Roman style pizza and a full menu using quality ingredients sourced locally. We will also feature an eclectic wine list and local beers on draft.

We are looking for passionate, driven, professional cooks and dishwashers who have a passion for food, cooking and a desire to expand their skill set and work in a progressive lively restaurant.

We aim to open mid-November for dinner service.
