Field Investigator

Our team has been in business for over 20 years within the Northern Nevada area. Because of this fact, we are looking for new members who are local and who understand the surroundings and culture. Trainees will learn to employ techniques for mobile surveillance and information gathering, the primary duties of a Field Investigator. Please understand, that this line of work is not for everyone. You will be expected to perform under stress, in all weather conditions, and under little supervision. This position is vastly different from the portrayals of Hollywood and fictional writings. With this in mind, please know, that we will be selecting only those who show a willingness to learn, and a firm desire to be here. This position is not related to casino surveillance.

Requirements: You are required to have a clean driving record and be free and clear of any arrests, warrants, or criminal convictions. You will need to own a van, SUV or spacious car, 2005 or above, painted in a neutral color such as white, tan, gold or gray. This position has no set schedule and will require you work on most holidays and weekends. You must be at least 21 years of age, and hold a high school education (or equivalent) or higher. You must be well organized and self-aware.

Compensation: Starting pay is $12.00 per hour during your training process, as this is an opportunity to start within a new career field. We then provide you with step increases to $13.00 and $14.00 per hour with annual raises after the qualification period has been completed in a satisfactory manner. We offer health insurance, paid holidays, dental, vehicle allowances and mileage reimbursement. Monthly bonuses as well as opportunity for advancement will be made available once you have mastered your skills. Additional revenue streams are available once you are qualified in our systems and procedures.
