Cleaning Technician for Vacation Rentals

Looks Like New LLC is hiring for Sat-Wed & WEEKEND WORK IN ANGEL FIRE AND TAOS! Hrs are approx 9:45 am - 6 pm . We will absolutely have full time hours in about a month!

We need a few part time cleaning techs to service some of our local janitorial contracts in Taos, in the evenings and early mornings, as well as weekend work cleaning vacation rentals in Taos and Angel Fire.

Full-time and part time hours available! Here's what we offer:

$15-$16.50 an hr starting wage + daily bonuses on vacation rentals ($3 - $5 extra per cleaned unit), PTO after only 3 months.

The ideal candidate for this position is EXTREMELY detail-oriented and MUST have a heightened level of awareness and attention to detail.

YOU MUST HAVE: a major carrier smartphone & the ability to get around Taos and to Angel Fire in winter if need be. 4x4 or all wheel drive mandatory A valid driver's license & insurance. YOU MUST be able to pass a criminal background check against all violent, theft, drug & alcohol charges as well as an initial drug test & potentially random drug tests.

You will be hired on a 3 month trial period. You will then have an Evaluation after the initial 3 month trial period based on efficiency & passing inspection forms & either get a raise, stay where you are or be terminated. Raises will be .50 - $.75 an hr + 1 day paid time off.

The Cleaning Technician will be responsible for utilizing a cleaning checklist on every job assignment, clocking in & out via a GPS enabled app, cleaning & sanitizing apartments, condos, houses, hotel rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, dining rooms and public areas as well as placing amenities according to company protocol. This is a fantastic opportunity that has a bonus structure based on efficiency & has extremely competitive pay & paid time off.

Skills & qualifications:

2+ years VERIFIABLE experience & a GED or H. S. Diploma

Excellent working knowledge of cleaning appliances & proper use of cleaning agents

Ability to get to Angel Fire in winter, 4x4 or all wheel drive mandatory

Capacity to take direction and constructive criticism with grace

EXTREME Attention to detail

Great interpersonal & communication skills

Proactivity & the ability to work independently without personal distractions

Knowledge of health & safety standards & the ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely

Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask & maintain schedule while responding to incidents that may arise in units such as extra soiling

Physically capable of lifting & moving objects up to 30 pounds as necessary such as furniture.
