This represents a huge portion of the state of NY, excluding New York city itself for now.

The program is open to residential and "mass market" type meters, which can be houses of worship, small businesses etc.

Customer Eligibility:

Recent copy of utility bill mass market (non-demand) rate class such as homes, renters, small biz.

680+ FICO score based on TransUnion soft credit pull (no FICO minimum in Nat Grid).
