Janitorial cleaning / building maintenance

Job duties include : emptying trash cans , sweeping and mopping floors cleaning ( rest rooms, lunch room, offices and show room) Also some building maintenance and yard work ( mowing lawns and snow plowing ) Most have a NYS License and pass a drug test.
