- Create and implement test procedures.
- Conduct tests in accordance with standards and procedures, record results.
- Ensure that test equipment is calibrated or tested and operates properly.
- Interface with and update the lab manager.
- Review files and reports prepared by other project engineers.
- Monitors multiple projects underway.
- Prepare certification reports and related documents.
- Develop and update test procedures and other quality documentation as needed.
- Identify equipment needed to enhance or expand testing capability.
- Assists department with quoting.
- Assist Sales with closing new work.
Qualifications

- Four year college degree-Engineering discipline
- Minimum three years experience in product safety engineering, preferably with another NRTL.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
