The Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating graphic design work for print and digital advertising, posters, banners, flyers, website content, signage and product packaging; Ensuring that brand and corporate guidelines are followed. This includes submitting documents for technical review and final layout, and maintaining image resource files. Assist in the creation of video and photo content for various sales channels and social media platforms, ensuring a consistent voice. This individual will support the marketing department’s initiatives in planning, execution, and reporting of key metrics for marketing programs such as e-mail, events, or social media campaigns.

The Marketing Specialist should have a firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital and e-mail marketing; strong organization and project management skills, time management, ability to multi-task and prioritize workload. Excellent written and verbal communications skills with attention to detail. Other duties assigned as necessary.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration or similar
• 1-3 years’ experience in Marketing
• Must have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Preferred experience with Video Editing software (ex. Adobe Premiere Pro)
• Strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports.
• Must be a self-starter, meet deadline and be able to independently move projects forward.
• High level of creativity
