Position: Rehab Contractor

Pay: $15-$30/hour (Depending on experience)

Shift: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Duties:

Install and replace home skirting

Replace/fix windows, doors, siding, roofs etc.

Replace/fix interior walls, doors, trim, paint, minor

Minor plumbing & electrical work

Sheetrock and wall paneling repair

Install flooring, cabinets, vanities,

HVAC experience a plus

Insulate and replace ripped and damaged home belly board

Carpet laying experience a plus

Requirements:

Basic tools needed to complete tasks

2-3 years construction/ remodeling experience

Basic knowledge of construction practices

Drivers license and vehicle

Clean background and referrals

Ability to solve problems
