RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and check-in patients with a smile

Schedule and confirm patient appointments

Answer phones

Present treatment plan

Collect payments and co-pays

Verify insurance

Other duties as assigned by the Office Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required

Experience with Denticon preferred

Marketing experience

Customer service focused

Excellent time management and organizational skills

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS

Insurance verification experience

Experience with Microsoft Excel

Manage, confirm, and schedule appointments for optimum patient flow

Answer phones and troubleshoot any patient questions

Present treatment plans and financial options including Care Credit

Collect payments and co-pays

Ledger Review, Verify insurance

Engage patient in marketing initiatives

Other duties as assigned by the Office Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required

Experience with Denticon preferred

Marketing experience

Customer service focused

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Insurance verification experience

Experience with Microsoft Excel
