Assistant Project Manger for Mechanical Contractor

Assist Project Manager for HVAC construction projects with in 60 mile radius of the Tulsa Area. Duties include assisting the Project manger with required procedures of installing HVAC systems on commercial projects, estimating, change orders, RFI's, submittals and submittal review. Ensuring the projects are done in accordance with all applicable codes. assist in managing project expenses, tools, and reviewing and ordering material's.

Basic knowledge and requirements included:

Experience and ability to use Microsoft Office products, Google Drive, and mobile apps.

Read prints and have basic knowledge of construction

Monitor all project submittals and track from start to completion of project.

Review and track all architect, engineer and general contractors correspondence and ensure compliance.

Scheduling of inspections, quality control and punch lists.
