Primary duties may include but are not limited to: Coaches and monitors sales representatives to meet performance standards.

Provides feedback to sales representatives and managers.

Preparation and sign off of on daily call lists.

Implements daily outbound schedules and maintains adequate telephone coverage in order to meet abandonment rates.

Serve as a point of contact for all patient support matters (inbound and outbound).

Assist in the Management of work flow processes.

Maximizes personal sales production goals and team call metrics.

Qualifications Requires a BA/BS; 2 years of telephone sales experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
