Division Overview Hubbell Power Systems (HPS) engages in the design and manufacture of a wide variety of products used by utilities.

Today, HPS is deeply engaged in product solutions for OSP Communication utility purposes, and has been actively growing that segment of the business.

HPS roots have historically been in high voltage transmission, distribution, substation, underground products used by electric utilities.

HPS products are also used in the civil construction, transportation, gas and water industries.

Position Overview

Hubbell Lenoir City, is currently hiring cover and box casters for the following shifts.

Schedule :

10 hour shift (4pm to 230am)

Night shift (+ shift differential $1.00)

Schedule :

12 hour shift (5am to 5pm)

Day shift (work 36 hours get paid 40)

Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Compensation :

Starting pay rate for this position is $15.43 + night shift differential ($1.00)

Benefits include (medical, dental, vision, 401k, 4% profit sharing, vacation)

All applicants are required to pass a background-drug screening.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

Polymer concrete casters are responsible for casting covers and boxes using different individual mold platforms.

Preparing different size molds- covers / boxes.

Process mixer while working with fiberglass and rebar.

Performs best quality check after process has taken place.
