Mt. Bachelor’s Snow Removal team is integral to the success and daily operation of the mountain. Snow Removal Operators clear parking lots and roadways during the night shift, often in variable winter conditions. Operators create safe and usable spaces for guests and employees and communicate with each other and other departments for the overall maintenance and accessibility of the mountain. Successful applicants are self-driven and able to work hard in adverse weather conditions throughout the night.
