Warehouse - Fulfillment Associate

Warehouse Fulfillment Center Associate – $16.00 - $17.50 per hour

A local Tangent Distribution Center is searching for Warehouse Associates who will have core responsibilities in safely and efficiently handling product within the warehouse to ensure accurate processing of merchandise to the company stores and guests. The warehouse Associate will be required to maintain a safe and organized work area, process freight, manage and move inventory, pack, load and prepare packages for shipment. The warehouse is a critical area for incoming and outgoing materials. Our Warehouse Associates will work independently, taking the lead on safety reporting and tracking, acting as an internal resource on delivery logistics, quality goals, and employee training.

Warehouse Associate requirements:

Maintains positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment

Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-45 lbs frequently throughout a shift and occasionally up to 60lbs

Ability to read, utilize matching skills and comprehend department/product documentation

Good oral and written communication skills

Able to operate computer systems with minimal direction after receiving training
