Construction crew hiring for all skill levels

My name is John Swanson, owner and operator of Pacific Regency Design and Construction, serving southern Lincoln County since 1994. At PRDC we specialize in artistic computer design and exquisite craftsmanship, placing quality and customer satisfaction at the top of our priority list. We build everything from remodels, additions, to new homes.

We are only hiring one person. While all skill levels are welcome to apply, we will take priority with those who have at least a few years of solid construction experience. Depending on experience, the candidate may manage multiple projects and work on site supervising crews of up to two people. A proven track record & an ability to demonstrate a basic to moderate understanding of the essentials of framing, siding, interior finish work, roofing, tiling, and all phases of construction is preferred. While these skills are preferred, we may be willing to train the right candidate as an entry level laborer. The right candidate will be able to work independently when I am not available, utilize one's time efficiently, and keep the team on track throughout the day. Being skilled in reading blue prints and working directly with customers is a bonus. You must be prompt, courteous, and clean in presentation.

A valid Oregon driver's license is required (no suspensions). Full background check and drug test will be held before hire.
