- Driver's License

- Clean abstract record

- Safely carry loads up to and possibly exceeding 50lbs

- Minimum 5 years in the fencing industry as a foreman

- Strong communication skills, follow-through, and attention to detail

- Proficient in site safety and BMP requirements

- Experience working on and leading crews on large complex projectsJob Description

- Work with Project Manager/Superintendent to plan approach to installations

- Lead crew to safely complete projects to satisfaction

- Complete required documentation like time cards, work orders, and daily reports

- Responsible for training new crew membersAdditional experiences a plus

- Welding

- CDL Class A

- Metal Shop

- Light Fabrication

- Concrete Work

- Equipment Operator
