Beaverton Honda has an immediate need for an energetic, multitasking, detail-orientated team member with a "customer first" mentality to join our Business Development Center (BDC). This is a fast paced, hybrid position scheduling appointments for our sales and service teams in a high volume inbound/outbound call center environment. Excellent earning potential with a commission-based PayPlan (currently averaging $37,000 to $42,000+ annually).

Our ideal candidate must have a great phone voice, strong work ethic, be a team player and be driven to provide "World Class" customer service. You will have "best in the business" training and support to help you grow rapidly and achieve our high standards. If you have drive and determination, excellent customer service skills, background in sales, call centers or high-volume phone call experience, we would like to talk with you. The position is somewhat sedentary in body . . . but quite invigorating in mind and spirit. You will have the opportunity to interact with hundreds of customer on the phone. Spanish bilingual a plus.

Position is full time (approx 40 hours/week) and schedules are within the business hours of 7am – 7pm, Monday through Saturday.

Must have a reliable means of getting to/from work

Must have the ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as scheduled – MANDATORY (we are open six days a week; service is closed on Sunday)
