DENTIST

Cowlitz Family Health Center is seeking an experienced Dentist to work on Full-Time schedule at our clinic located in Longview, WA. Our organization has clinics in Cowlitz, Wahkiakum and Pacific counties that include Medical, Dental and Behavioral Health Services, for high-risk, low-income and multi-ethnic population. We pride ourselves in our ability to provide exceptional care for our patients and clients and our sincere connection to the communities we serve.

Skills:

· Team oriented

· Competence with electronic health records

· Great communication skills (written and verbal)

Requirements:

· Licensed in the State of Washington with no restrictions; or able to be licensed in WA prior to the start date.

· Possess a valid, unrestricted DEA

· A minimum of 1 year experience with proficiency in surgical extractions, operative dentistry, endodontics and treating emergencies for adults and children is desired.

· Experience with Wisdom (Epic) EHR a plus.
