We are a small property management office seeking a full time office clerk. The right person will have pleasant customer service capabilities and good organizational skills. We are a busy office so the candidate must also be a quick learner, able to work independently and possess good problem solving skills. There will be a trial period for 2 months. Compensation is $18/hr, with potential to grow depending on performance. Based on the progress made by the right candidate, the position and pay will be assessed.



Requirements:

Must have driver's license.

3+ years of experience in office administration required.

Must be highly articulate and possess a strong sense of customer service, as well as an excellent phone voice.

Reliable, punctual and dependable.

Ability to prioritize is a must.

Excellent attention to detail and Strong Administrative and Organizational skills.

Solid computer skills in Microsoft Office, Word & Excel.

Entering Work Orders in RM software.

Working/General Knowledge of Office Administration: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and bookkeeping.

Strong personal skills to interact and communicate with customers.

Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner.

Able to schedule and coordinate apartment and home showings.

Organizing, sorting and filing various documents.

Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by Office Manager.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are required.
