Maintenance - Yard & Facility

Building cleaning, such as windows, disinfecting work areas and power washing asphalt. Yard organization and landscaping. Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing and electrical. Supply purchasing, errands and vehicle cleaning as necessary. Miscellaneous tasks as they occur. Must have valid driver license and good driving record.
