Foreman for Aqua Blue Pools

Foreman Starting pay is $19.00 up to $25.00 with overtime.

Aqua Blue Pools is seeking (Full Time) Onsite Pool Foreman who are interested in building their career through the acquisition of new skills. Training will be provided to the onsite Pool Foreman to ensure that they are equipped to perform their required duties. Opportunities for advancement are available pending consistent performance. The Pool Foreman will construct swimming pools and deliver spas under the direction of the company Project Managers. The ideal candidates have construction, mechanical, electrical, gunite pools, and / or pool experience, are detail oriented, follow directions well, ask questions when facing uncertain situations and are enthusiastic about creating amazing experiences for our customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Arrive at job-site on time, in uniform, properly groomed, mentally alert and physically able to work.

Ability to read and scale plans, use tape measure, square strings

Operate Skid Steer.

Use equipment such as, Skid Steer, Transit laser, etc.

Strictly adhere to Safety Policies and Procedures.

Demonstrate initiative in execution of assigned tasks.

Performs other duties as assigned by immediate Project Managers.

Willing to train motivated crew members.

SC DRIVER LICENCE REQUIRED and a clean 3 year driving record.

Required full time Onsite Supervision.
