Professional Kitchen Staff

HogsHead Kitchen & Wine Bar in Moss Creek Village located next to the bridge to the island is looking for experienced kitchen staff. We are a small scratch kitchen that uses tried and true recipes and classical methods to produce innovative food using high-quality local ingredients. Shifts can start as early as 2pm as we are open for dinner service, starting at 5pm, Tuesday - Saturday. Pay is weekly, $12-$16/hr based on experience and role/responsibilities.

PANTRY/PREP - partial responsibilities include (but are not limited to) following recipes to prepare dressings, sauces, and desserts prior to service, as well as assembling salads, cold plates, desserts and other items during service.

GRILL/LINE - partial responsibilities include (but are not limited to) following recipes to prepare dressings, sauces, cutting/portioning vegetables/proteins prior to service, as well as cooking, to order, individual menu items during service.
