Collection Representative

Omnipoint is expanding to Myrtle Beach! If you have experience in debt collections, customer service, telemarketing or sales then we want to meet you!

We are an industry leading, international organization looking for money motivated individuals for our collections team. Part-time 25 hours a week to start, NO WEEKENDS. Paid training, hourly $10.00-$15.00, based on experience.

We offer new business weekly, a competitive bonus structure, plus monthly compliance, and team incentives.

Ability to work evenings until 9pm

Responsibilities:

Work independently to initiate contact with customers by telephone and written correspondence

Verify assets, employment information and location information to determine collectability

Negotiate with the customers to secure repayment plans

Consistently achieve performance milestones

Provide the highest level of professionalism while reconciling accounts (compliance is key)
