IHT Staffing is accepting resumes for a Community Association Manager. A qualified candidate will have the following experience:
Manage a Community portfolio of Associations of mid-rise and high-rise condominiums, Work closely with the Board of Directors to help complete projects, maintain a budget, prepare and review financial reports, conduct monthly and annual meetings, communicate with homeowners to address needs and concerns for repairs, Work with vendors to collect proposals to present to homeowners.
Must have a great attitude and be a team player!
