Production Machine Operator

HireQuest Direct in Willmar is hiring for Production Machine Operators with a client in Watkins, MN

Pay is $14 per hour.

These positions are temp-to-hire.

We meet the diverse needs of a challenging yet rewarding dairy equipment industry daily and are looking for a full-time team member to join our growing team. The person hired for this position will be involved in production activities of products primary for barn equipment and will include activities such as fabric welding, pipe bending, shipping & receiving for fulfilling orders.

A typical work week is Monday — Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; weekends are unusual but maybe if needed. This position requires moderate to heavy physical activity, as the person in this position would be required to stand, walk, and lift items.

Responsibilities:

Machine operation

Fill customers'orders accurately

Build assemblies according to print

Unload truck deliveries with forklift and process shipment

Assist in physically moving incoming items to their designated locations

Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory

Other production related duties

Maintain the highest quality standards

Requirements:

On time attendance

Strong work ethic

Be able to lift 50+ lbs.

Organized & detailed oriented

Ability to effectively communicate

Must be forklift certified

Prior experience a plus

Schedule:

Day shift

Monday to Friday
