Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm (please indicate which)
Research service claims and contract issues for supporting departments such as Insurance-related
Follows standard screens/ scripts to perform tasks.
Resolves many questions and problems, refers more difficult items to higher levels for guidance. Knowledgeable of company products & services (re: funeral pre-funding and preplanning business segment)
May assess customer needs and suggest alternative products or services.
Required Experience
1-2 years general experience in an office setting or Customer Service Representative experience.
Good to proficient computer skills
Excellent communication skills
Must have minimum of HS Diploma or GED (will be verified)
