Description:

Warren Brothers Sash and Door is growing. We are seeking an Interior Door Shop associate. The Door Shop Fabricator is responsible for fabrication of interior doors and door frames. The personnel in this department report to the Shop Manager.

Who We Are Looking For:

Some woodworking experience preferred

Someone who enjoys working with their hands and is mechanically inclined

Lumber yard, construction, building material experience a plus

An individual who will be high quality- minded in all job functions

Strength in multi-tasking and handling multiple projects and assignments

A motivated employee who is able to communicate with other branch employees to solve fabrication issues

What You Will Do:

Fabrication of interior doors and door frames at the branch with high quality and safe practices.

The ability to safely operate various saws, routers, chop saws, and nail guns.

Maintain department in a clean, orderly, and safe manner.

Must make safety a top priority and always be aware hazards in your environment.

Attend safety meetings and follow all safety procedures and policies.

Essential Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly to store, removes from storage for fabrication, or load onto a cart

May be required to lift 50-100 pounds with a helper

Must be able to maintain a high level of frequency and intensity in other physical activities such as reaching,

standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, and crouching

Must have good visual acuity, depth perception, color vision, and peripheral vision

The employee will be required to work in a non-climate-controlled environment

The candidate may be exposed to modest amounts of dust, fumes, noise, and vibrations

Must be available to work weekdays and with Saturday overtime as needed
