Top Nationally Recognized Civil Contractor looking for potential foreman candidates to supervise and coordinate daily activities associated with the water/wastewater construction industry.
Job Summary:
-Perform & fill out job hazard analysis reports and task hazard analysis reports
-Assist Superintendent in generating work plans for future activities
-Plan out and enforce daily construction tasks
-Identify & mitigate potential safety issues
- Supervise daily construction activities maintain top production, quality, safety and efficient work standards
-Fill out daily timesheets for crews
- Identify maintenance issues with equipment & tools
Skills/Abilities:
-Working knowledge of construction means and methods, materials and equipment in the civil construction sector
- Ability to positively identify future issues
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
