Customer Service – Leasing Agent: Property Management Office
Min 2 years office experience
$10-$13 / hr DOE - with a 90-day probationary period for training
[Qualifiable property management experience offers a $2 base increase]
40 hours a week, Monday – Friday – in office 100%.
Heavy phones, walk in customer service
Computer efficient – Microsoft word, excel, Internet and web-based industry software program
Reliable daily transportation and cell phone
Adept at and enjoy working with many types of customers – addressing needs in a professional and helpful manner
Clean and professional
Self-starter, motivated will excel in this position and find themselves moving up through the organization
Drug Free, Criminal Background and Credit Check required
