JOB SUMMARY

The Family Engagement Site Supervisor provides comprehensive direct services and operational oversight and management of assigned site. Working in conjunction with the coordinators and managers the Family Engagement Site Supervisor oversees site staff and operations to ensure that services for children and families at assigned sites are of high quality and that all program operations are monitored carefully and carried out in accordance with Head Start/ECEAP Performance Standards, service area work plans, ELAFS systems and all program policies and procedures. Maintains working knowledge of Head Start and/or ECEAP Performance Standards, agency policies and procedures and other applicable regulations.
