Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY

The Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator will oversee Opportunity Council’s recruitment program, including program processes and procedures, relevant HR systems, EEOC/ADA compliance, and compliance reporting. As part of Opportunity Council’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, the HR Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for sourcing and attracting diverse talent to the Agency, including recruitment of traditionally underrepresented populations, such as persons of color, veterans, disabled, and persons over forty years of age. In addition, the HR Recruitment Coordinator will assist and work with other HR team members in various HR functional areas as needed. The HR Team works in a cross-functional, collaborative team environment within an organizational culture that embraces equity and social justice.
