Have you been in the construction trades a long time?

Are you looking for a really cool project that is not your typical tract home or daily grind?

This is a high end project and is more unusual to the Bellingham area.

We have beautiful custom made unusual trims not found at Home Depot.

I don't have the time to teach someone from the ground up. But you will keep learning.

You must possess a well rounded arsenal of skills and traits, today.

You:

have attention to detail

can frame, concrete, demo, very exceptional millwork and interior finishes expertise, paint?

experience in all phases

stand in as a site supe at times, make some phone calls, line up materials and trades as needed

have a positive attitude, are patient, respectful, with a professional demeanor, trustworthy

show up on time, own your mistakes and don't always have excuses with an excellent work ethic

self starter, motivated

reliable, drivers license, back ground check, insurable

by now you will have a great deal of your own tools (maybe minus the big stuff)

with at least 10+ years of real quality experience

with at least 3-5+ years of high end millwork experience

You will work with me, for me. I:

respect others and don't yell

am easy going but I am experienced and don't let that demeanor throw you off for what the goal is and is expected
