Maintenance position for mobile home park

Full time - year around position for mobile home park maintenance.
Previous maintenance experience necessary.
Duties include, but are not limited to, mowing lawns, weed eating, sprinkler repair, water line repair, sewer back-ups, tree trimming, general clean up, landscape, etc.
The pays is $14.50/hr. Monday - Friday 8:00-5:00
No felony criminal history.
Must be at least 18 yrs old.
Bilingual a plus, but not required.
