Full Time Bookkeeper Wanted

Bridge Builders, Ltd and the Guardian Institute is in need of a bookkeeper to keep the business books as well as manage multiple client finances. Must do annual reports Social Security, the VA and other government pension programs. Work with Social Security for annual audits. Assist with Medicaid applications and other low-income applications. Work with attorneys to complete client financial reports for court. Occasionally meet with clients and/or talk with them on the phone. Reconcile bank statements monthly. Keep track of certain weekly transfers. Complete quarterly and annual reports. Work with accountants regarding business tax returns and client tax returns. Manage the Guardian Institute Rep Payee Program. There is a fiduciary assistant to help with some tasks. Answer the phone when needed. We work as a team in this office to manage the lives for our most vulnerable adults. Must pass an FBI background check.
