Trademark Paralegal (Remote Opportunity with Elite Firm)

Assume immediate responsibility (remotely, for the indefinite future) for a broad range of national and international clients as a Trademark Specialist for the Seattle office of a premier, multi-practice firm. Candidates must prove a well-rounded background in trademark law of at least three years, coupled with solid knowledge of trademark procedure before the USPTO to be considered for this position, which will conduct website and database searches, monitor communication between trademark attorneys and clients, file trademark applications, review marketing materials, draft relevant correspondence, and perform other key functions.
