Cashier ( up to $15 / Hr , up to 40 hours a week)

This position is based in Bellevue

Job Responsibilities:

Must Do

You would be cashier / helper in our restaurant at Bellevue continuously involved in the order taking & delivering and/or helping the food assembling crew

You will greet the customers and explain the menu to customers and answer their questions.

You will be taking customer orders, managing the Point of Sale systems and cash box and passing the orders to the assembly line.

You will manage delivery orders from delivery tablets such as Doordash, Grubhub, Ubereats, etc

You will be taking phone calls from customers and converting them to orders.

Once the food is made you will verify the food and then label it with the correct name and stickers

You will hand the food to the customer or delivery driver.

If needed from time to time as needed, you would be helping us in any activities in the restaurant

Skills and Experiences:

Must haves

Worked as a cashier for a restaurant or other retail place, preferably at least 1 year of experience.

Excellent communication skills in English

Spanish is a plus

Great to have

Experience in a fast-food restaurant like Mcdonalds, subway, chipotle etc.

Requirements:

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, mornings and nights

Super punctual to the kitchen and truck

A positive attitude, polite to customers and other employees and a team person.

Compensation and other Job details

- Up to $15 DOE

- Free food at the restaurant

- This position can be both a part time or full time position. So we are open for both type of candidates. However we definitely need somebody who can work from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm, at least 5 days ( including 1-2 days in the weekend).
