Document Coordinator / Customer Service Specialist needed for high-end pre-owned vehicle dealership
Our new, state of the art, 13,000 Square foot showroom is now complete and requires the immediate addition of a Document Coordinator / Customer Service Specialist. Position offered: Document Coordinator / Customer Service Specialist
Hours: Full time
Pay: DOE
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Generate documents for each vehicle transaction
- Liason with financial institutions and clients
- Assist clients with signing documents
- Ensure each transaction is completed professionally and in a timely fashion
- Ensure clients are completely satisfied prior to leaving
- Track each file to completion
- Customer service
Minimum required skills:
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects
- Superior written and verbal communication abilities
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Must maintain a professional appearance
- Respect for, and maintenance of, confidential and private matters
