In this working lead position, you will be required to assign, lead, train, and assist crew members in daily custodial work at management discretion. You will clean inside buildings and restrooms by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting, among other custodial duties.

Compensation & Benefits

This is an hourly paid position and pay is issued every two weeks. As required by the Service Contract Act, Skils'kin pays an additional fringe benefit per hour toward the employee's health and welfare benefits which includes options. Employees also earn paid time off.

Education/Experience:

At least six months custodial experience preferred, however, we will train the ideal candidate.

Floor care experience helpful and preferred.

Job Coaching experience & previous military training preferred but not necessary.

You must have respect and empathy for individuals with disabilities.

Other Requirements:

Must pass background check.

Must have or be willing to obtain an enhanced ID or passport to gain base access

Must have a valid driver's license, be at least 18 years of age and have a safe driving record determined by Skils'kin's vehicle insurance carrier.

Must pass Fairchild Air Force Base Federal Background check
