Taylor & Sons Chevrolet located in Sandpoint, Idaho is looking for just the right person to fill a role in our office staff. Successful Applicant will possess or have the ability to learn the following skills:

General Duties:

- Coordinate & complete new and used vehicle title applications for filing with DMV offices. Resolve issues to

ensure compliance and timely customer support.

- Process dealer trades and incoming new vehicles, including coordinating payoff documents.

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a supporting role.

- Compile and cashier completed Parts and Repair orders in a supporting role.

- Process payroll and related processes.

- Enter Accounts Payable invoices into our accounting software.

- Provide general administrative and accounting support.

- Document Management to protect customer and dealer confidential data including filing, scanning and

shredding.

Skills & Abilities

- Excellent customer service skills

- Positive attitude

- Professional demeanor

- Proficient with basic math with an aptitude for numbers

- Excellent communication, both written and verbal

- Intermediate Excel skill and familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications

- Organizational skills with attention to detail

- Ability to prioritize and coordinate in a multi-task environment

- Accurate and proficient typing and 10-key

Taylor & Sons Offers The Following:
