POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years’ experience with full-charge bookkeeping, using Quick Books.

Candidates with Quick Books certification, preferred.

Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance, required

Heavy transactional bookkeeping experience; reconciliation of multiple accounts, including credit cards, required

Financial report preparation, required

Experience preparing Payroll Tax Forms 940 and 941, required

Tech-savvy with a high level of proficiency in MS Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Patient enough to wade through boxes of receipts and disorganized records as many clients hire us when they need to get up to date with their books

Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail and must be able to balance multiple tasks and deadlines

Ability to work in a collaborative team environment plus self-manage as an independent contributor

Instinctively contribute to work flow efficiencies

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Must be able to demonstrate eagerness as a self-starter and high achiever

Must also be a natural problem-solver and possess the ability to drive and meet deadlines
